A-Kon® 24 Children’s Membership

Pre-Reg is now CLOSED. All memberships are weekend passes. Single-day memberships are not available for pre-registration or purchase online. They will be sold at the convention, with pricing to be posted on the A-Kon® website as soon as details are available.

For group memberships each membership must be entered separately. Start ordering as if it will be a single badge, but before checking out, select “Continue Shopping” and fill out another membership form. Repeat until the group's badges (10 or more) are filled out, and the discount will automatically calculate on the final checkout page right before the payment submission page.

*Note that a group purchase is different from an onsite group pick-up. Unless you specifically request pick-up as a group, all members will need to pick up their own badge. All group pick-up requests must be made in advance by May 1st. A group pick-up request must contain at least 5 (five) people and include the coordinator name, group attendee names, and online or mail-in order confirmation numbers. The person who sends in the list should be shown as the coordinator. The names should be listed alphabetically – last name, first name – along with the online (AKON24ORD#) or mail-in confirmation numbers. Send the requested information via email to projecta-konreg@royalmaiden.com, and a confirmation of your request will be sent back to the coordinator as soon as possible.

All confirmation receipts will be sent to the buyer, or coordinator. The coordinator will be in charge of keeping the Order Confirmation receipt from Phoenix Entertainment (shop at a-kon dot com) for online orders.

In order to verify photo identification, addresses must match for each member of the group.
